From the Sign In page, click FORGOT PASSWORD? on the lower left
Enter the SAME EMAIL ADDRESS that you used to create your account
The system will send an email with a link to create a new password
If the system says the email address is not recognized please double check your email, if it is correct that means you have no account under that email address. You may make a new account by following the guide HERE
